|*VeganMoFo*| #31: Wake me up, little pumpkin!



Experimenting with fall´s seasonal food Nr.1 – the pumpkin – it might be tasty to have some in one of my shakes in the morning.

Put into a blender:

1 banana, 75g pureed pumpkin, 300ml soya milk, 1tsp seeds of your choice (I prefer a mix of sesame, linseed, hemp seed and poppins), 1tsp mesquite meal, 1tsp cocoa, 1tsp maca powder, 1T porridge oats, 1tsp instant coffee, 2 dried dates, cinnamon, ginger and vanilla

Wo ich schon gerad dabei bin mit dem Saisongewächs Nr.1 – dem Kürbis – zu experimentieren, dachte ich, der würde bestimmt auch lecker in einen meiner Shakes am Morgen sein.

Folgende Zutaten in den Mixer tun:

1 Banane, 75g Kürbispüree, 300 ml Sojamilch, 1Tl Sämchen nach Wahl, 1Tl Kakaopulver, 1TL Mesquite, 1TL Macapulver, 1EL Haferflocken, 1TL Instantkaffee, 2 getrocknete Datteln, Zimt, Ingwer, Vanille
